Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta service or Ukrposhta company, at the expense of the recipient.
Delivery period across Ukraine
After placing an order, our manager will send you the number of the declaration stating the delivery time. Using the declaration number, you can get status information directly from the courier service.
For delivery around the world we use the services of Ukrposhta, Pony Express, DHL Express. Specific delivery times can be agreed by the manager when confirming the order. After shipment, we will provide a tracking number (tracking) of your parcel so that you can track the current delivery status.
Return of goods
Term of return of the goods
You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel. To exchange, you must first make a return of the goods.
You need to write to us freely in the mail email@example.com or in Instagram (@mft_ua). Be sure to provide a photo of the fiscal check, which we attach to each parcel. And the goods must meet the “Requirements for the return of goods.”
The rules for returning goods purchased in the mft.org.ua online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
We reserve the right not to accept goods until they are returned if the condition of the goods differs from that in which you received them. To justify our position, we always send photos with inconsistencies.
Return delivery is paid by the buyer.
Upon receipt of confirmation that the return requirements have been met, we will refund your payment.
Payment for the order is made in national currency – hryvnia. The order is paid non-cash when placing an order on the website, the appropriate amount of the order, in UAH with Visa and Master Card payment cards.
